ADI training, driving instructor training in Dorset
If you wish to follow the direction of becoming a driving instructor, you’d be foolish not to contact Impact School of Motoring. Currently there is such a high demand for quality approved driving instructors and with our training that could easily be you.
At Impact School of Motoring, our courses are tailored to you. You complete them at you own pace and your fees are paid as you go.
You would have to pass 3 tests:
- PT1 Theory exam – 100 multiple choice questions, with a pass mark exceeding 85%
- PT2 Advanced Driving Test – Only 6 minor faults allowed in this 1 hour practical test
- PT3 The Teaching Skills Test: 1 hour, examiner will role play two pupils at different levels and you have to teach him/her
Impact, keeping down the cost:
PT1
- Exam fee – £90
- Course fee – £300, includes all books & mock tests
PT2
- Exam fee – £111
- Advanced driving course £30-£40p/h, average of 16 hours
PT3
- Exam fee – £111
- 25 – 40 hours practice £35 – £45 p/h
- Only 3 attempts can be made at Parts 2 and 3
- Mock tests can be arranged 2 hours – £50
